How it works

  1. 1.Start with the free Provider Evaluation — there is no fee to discount on the visit itself.
  2. 2.A licensed provider decides what, if anything, is appropriate. The code never changes that decision.
  3. 3.If a bundle is prescribed, log in to the member portal, see your exact price, and enter the code at checkout during the window.
  4. 4.The discount applies to your first payment only. Every payment after that is your normal all-in price.

Bundles renew monthly at the quoted price and continue until you cancel — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Holiday codes apply to the monthly plan; prepaid 3-, 6- and 12-month plans carry their own discount and are not combinable with a code.
