Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your monthly medication price

Care is billed as one all-in monthly price per medication, which includes your provider, monitoring, secure messaging and shipping. It is month-to-month: you may cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, and there is no minimum term and no lock-in. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund a month already begun or a shipment already dispensed. There is no membership fee — the $85.99/mo membership was retired on October 10, 2026 and folded into the medication price.

Prepaid plans. If you choose a prepaid 3- or 6-month plan, it is charged in full at purchase at the discounted rate. If your provider stops treatment, or you cancel with 30 days’ notice, any month not yet shipped is refunded; months already shipped are not.

Provider Evaluation

The Provider Evaluation is free. There is no evaluation fee to charge or refund — the $110 fee was removed on October 10, 2026, and nothing is collected when you book. The visit still reserves clinician time, so the cancellation and no-show terms below apply to it.

Appointments — cancellations & no-shows

A nonrefundable $100 booking fee applies to no-call/no-shows or to cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another patient.

Prescribed medication

Medication is prescribed only when clinically appropriate and is fulfilled by state-licensed, FDA-registered compounding pharmacies. For safety and regulatory reasons, prescribed and dispensed medications cannot be returned or refunded once shipped. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will coordinate a resolution with the pharmacy.
