Not insurance. BioPeakRx services are not health insurance and do not meet the ACA definition of minimum essential coverage. You are responsible for payment of services.
Appointments. A nonrefundable $100 booking fee applies to no-call/no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Membership terms. Membership is month-to-month at $85.99/mo — cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, no minimum and no lock-in. Prefer to save? Prepay 6 months and get one month free (about 14% off), or go annual — pay for 10 months and get all 12 (2 months free, about 17% off, our best value).
