Do I need a consult to start?+
Yes — and it costs nothing. Everything begins with a Provider Evaluation, a real consult with a licensed provider. Therapies are prescribed only when clinically appropriate; there is no open cart.
Where do the medications come from?+
Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed, FDA-registered compounding pharmacies located in the United States — not overseas. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

We serve patients in the states where we're licensed: AZ · TX · FL · CO · WA · NV · UT · NM · CA. Your provider confirms what's available for your location.
What does it cost to start?+
Nothing. The Provider Evaluation is free — it was $110 and the fee was removed. If a provider determines therapy is appropriate, your medication is one all-in monthly price shown to members before you pay, which already includes your provider, monitoring, messaging and shipping — quoted to you before you pay. There is no membership fee. Labs, if recommended, are billed separately. A nonrefundable $100 fee applies only to a no-show or a cancellation inside 24 hours.
How do I start care?+

When therapy is clinically appropriate, you pay one all-in monthly price for your medication — shown to members before you pay, member pricing for semaglutide — and that price already includes your provider, monitoring, secure messaging and shipping. No. BioPeakRx is built for health-conscious adults using peptides as adjunct anti-aging and metabolic tools inside a real clinical relationship. We do not market peptides for bodybuilding, muscle enhancement, or athletic performance, and we avoid 'bro-science' claims on purpose.
