What it is
Lean & Strong is a bundle: 2 of our catalog medications — Semaglutide + Sermorelin — prescribed together and billed as one monthly plan. Each is prepared by an FDA-registered U.S. pharmacy only after a licensed provider has evaluated you and written a prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Your provider decides whether each component is appropriate for you; a bundle is never dispensed without that evaluation.
What's in it
- •Semaglutide — a GLP-1 receptor agonist with the same active ingredient as Ozempic and Wegovy, compounded with B12
- •Sermorelin — a growth-hormone-releasing-hormone analog (GHRH 1-29)

Dosing for each component is set by your provider and adjusted over time. The bundle price does not change as a dose changes — one flat monthly number for the whole plan.

Is Lean & Strong FDA-approved?+
Lean & Strong is a bundle of compounded medications, and compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Each component is prepared by an FDA-registered U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient after a licensed provider writes a prescription.
What does the monthly price include?+
The medication, provider oversight, dose management, check-ins, secure messaging and shipping. There is no membership fee and no evaluation fee. Labs, if your provider recommends them, are billed separately.
How is it billed?+
Monthly, on a calendar cycle — 12 charges a year, never a 28-day cycle. The amount does not change after the first charge. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice; cancelling stops future charges.
Can I just buy it?+
No. Nothing on this site is sold direct-to-cart. A licensed provider evaluates you first — for free — and decides whether this medication is appropriate for you and at what dose. If it is, you see your exact price before you pay.
